PNNX**Capital World Investors ($426B Fund) owns over 10% of OS...

Something huge to note with PNNX too is that maybe something is still related to what was posted back in 2016 regarding the ownership of Capital World Investors owning 7,806,050 shares of PNNX of which I believe will calculate to be over 10% of the current Outstanding Shares (OS) for PNNX:

Also important to note is the SEC Filing of name change from Pinnacle Foods, Inc. to Pennexx Foods, Inc. a while back:

For inquiring minds, Capital World Investors is one of the largest Hedge Funds in the world that is valued at over $426 Billion per their latest 13F Holdings filed with the SEC:

Capital World Investors has disclosed 531 total holdings in their latest SEC filings. Most recent portfolio value is calculated to be $ 426,286,316,000 USD.

Actual Assets Under Management (AUM) is this value plus cash (which is not disclosed). Capital World Investors's top holdings are Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ:MSFT) , Broadcom Limited (NASDAQ:AVGO) , Home Depot, Inc. (The) (NYSE:HD) , UnitedHealth Group Inc. (NYSE:UNH) , and Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) . Capital World Investors's new positions include DuPont De Nemours & Co., Inc. (NYSE:DD) , Corteva, Inc. (NYSE:CTVA) , Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:UBER) , ConAgra Foods, Inc. (NYSE:CAG) , and Kontoor Brands, Inc. (NYSE:KTB) . Capital World Investors's top industries are "Transportation Services" (sic 47) , "Personal Services" (sic 72) , and "Automotive Dealers And Gasoline Service Stations" (sic 55) .

Also, something else good to note is that PNNX filed a Form 15-12g back on May 2, 2006 to deregister the company from having to do mandatory filings with the SEC which eliminates the fear of the company being halted for delinquent filings or financials:
