I am therefore giving her the 'benefit of the doubt,' & am investing In ILST a little. It's a lottery play. This is gonna' go back down to .0001 if this drags on without any news. I have my own DD ... I think she's waiting on the merger on purpose. IMO, this wait is very intentional. And it *could* be quite a wait. I have been surprised myself by the interest in ILST.

But DB2 & R2 ---You both got to admit she's left this undone. An unfulfilled promise. Which she **must** revisit & bring filings & Web site up to date ---if she wishes to print more shares. When those filings hit & the website is operational PPS is gonna' take off in anticipation of the merger. That's what people see ... Not these personal attacks.

She has unfinished business here. That's what's been so attractive recently. If DV desires to use this as an ATM ---she's gotta' get those filings up to date. That is a no-brainer. The 15-12G Insures, as 'an insurance policy,' of her ability to do so. Last, It establishes her intent. She does not want the SEC to shut her down over "delinquency issues." GLTA. ILST
