I don’t see his claims as very relevant. This company isn’t actually conducting any business at this time. There is a lawsuit pending and the company hasn’t made any moves toward restructuring or compliance. So it’s no surprise that the company isn’t ready for a licensing agreement to develop their patents. Until this lawsuit is settled, it’s likely the company will remain inactive. Any investment at this time would be very speculative. But then some of us have already made money here. It’s anybody’s guess at this point what, if anything will be done with this start- up.
