No one at Sulja has to sign a SOX document, because they are a NON-REPORTING company, not subject to SOX.

All they have to do is publish the audit report as is (if it exists), and the AUDITORS have all the legal liability (unless the company knowingly provided fraudulent records to the auditors).

If Sulja wants to go ahead with any type of SEC filing, that could be done AFTER the audit (if it exists) had been published.
