yep..J.Costello buy for $300k a clean shell without debts or toxic notes..we recieve already the last 10k with activa and the Liquidation value from DCGD, so that`s not a big deal because, DCGD are change to GRN HOLDING CORP...so we started with a CLEAN SHELL!..It`s a HOLDING now, and the benefit from a holding are better and cheaper for uplisting and liquidation because J.Costello can use this shell to bring other company`s and connections in this holding and GRN can growth very well with this holding and it`s the short way for uplist.
