The DVAX publication list is quite interesting.
Of note, just sticking something on TLR-9 and
getting it internalized doesn't seem like the whole story.

Note this idea is similar to DNDN's except they have done all the stuff that DNDN has failed to do and I therefore remain concerned about the contents of the BLA ( not to mention prognosis for further product development). The kinds of things DVAX found for the TLR-9 endocytosis process are things you might find for the GM-CSF version( chemical structure
matters and maybe a few blonde highlights help a lot).
