Scam is why. They pumped buying into pot business. When all they did was buy a store and never do much until kicked out. It did get a few billion shares dumped by CEO. One the all time biggest scams is this stock. Trillions of shares issued on before first r/s basis and still at this level. Total fraud when they said in pot business.
