FDA is expected to announce its timetable for regulating CBD that the industry hopes will signal formal enforcement discretion for products on the market today, and hemp industry-friendly lawmakers plan to introduce legislation in the coming days to step up pressure on the agency, said Jonathan Miller, general counsel of US Hemp Roundtable, at a meeting Friday (Sept. 13).
