No LG. GSA Closes First,

then BK can close.

Class 17-18 must see distributions before the US Trustee can inform THJMFW that all Claims are satisfied and the BK can be closed.

THJMFW has jurisdiction over the FDIC as signers to the GSA. The FDIC must complete the GSA with payment to WMI for "WMB and it's assets" while the BK is still open.
