All FRAUD must be eliminated and prosecuted including those that ABUSIVELY and NAKED SHORT the market !

oh, no. that would be the end of 'baggers'.

on a serious note; they have been cleaning it up for a a long time. it aint near as bad as it use to be. but, as we don't live in a totalitarian society and will not abide totalitarian rules, the market will always have fraud in it.

all things multiply to the point of starvation.
