Just because Mr. Arlitt got popped in the past for pump and dump related activities, doesn't mean he can't/won't clean himself up.
It's hard for me to believe the shareholders' committee could not have found a US citizen in Atlanta or Dallas to assume command, however. Getting a former or maybe current stock promoter from Vancouver, BC to be CEO isn't exactly the type of news that gives investors confidence.
Charles, if you're serious about finding out what is really going on, then I see no reason why you can't or should not contact the SEC yourself. Would suggest speaking to either Bill Hicks, Alana Black, or Debbie Hampton in Atlanta.
