MGI!! I ALSO ADDED JCP at 71 cents. Bought 15000 at .711 it's definitely going to $1 plus. I almost added at .56 but the other insider buys made it clear, get in now!! 133,000,000 shares short. 49% of float also added another 2000 of CLF at $7.19. 88m short
