Then how is it continuing to hold higher lows over the past few years, while they were getting all this stuff worked out and start making net profits?

They’re cleaning up the financials, reducing OS via buybacks, winning lawsuits, making profits, increasing cash position without dilution, landing contracts with well-known entities, etc. Every number is headed in the right direction.
