IMHO, if this were a scam, it would have been shut down by the RCMA and the SEC by now. We find that the Windsor Star article has no real substance, the company continues to supply materials and in fact acquired SAMS, Steve, family member, has come back and is working with lawyers to set things right, the share price is low enough to justify entry if we are anything like the fiscal year 2006 results posted before.
So are the sellers who cut their losses and ran off or the ones who bought at these distressed levels right? I think the latter group. I think there may be disappointments, but a good company is still operating and if you stay patient, the value will show.
In the meantime, keep contacting the company, keep researching and decide for yourself.
