What could possibly be taking so long? We all know the government works at a snails pace. Just imagine if the Grants (which have a 90% chance of approval) $450,000,000 get approved! Then imagine government contracts on top of all the other projects being built. Lots of acquisitions tells you other companies want to be part of this massive opportunity.
