With the dip to .0007 note holders can convert at .00042. Wouldn't be surprised to see this dip lower given the poor Q2 earnings and massive dilution in the past month. Waiting for the pump squad to hit Twitter again with the September 12 note looming. What is the catalyst that can be promoted to move this higher this time? Please, don't say canceling the RS (not with a straight face). The Q2 earnings were terrible and any revenue from the new Haier product (which is still in the prototype stage) has been pushed back to Q2 2020 at the earliest. The Soex case was dismissed following a "Joint MOTION to Dismiss Complaint with Prejudice by DAIS Analytic Corporation" yet there was no PR and no filing with the SEC. I would think if it was anything overly positive for Dais they would have released it immediately. Canceling the Soex shares is a non-event since they now represent a much smaller percentage of OS.
