Unknown. They have to complete the "fairness hearing" before the deal can even be consummated. I imagine the r/s will follow quickly on the heels of that action.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
