mordical, are you saying that the Trust have been liquidated and there is no assets left sitting in Safe Harbor!?

Wrong, IMO the Trust have been mostly liquidated or transferred to the DST in Safe Harbor and waiting for distribution.

I think the court hearing on Sept. 26 could be vary interesting as if a Motion for Final Decree is made many things need to take place for it to be Final, and that is all good for us.
