"...It turns out DP was basically the whistle-blower. If you look on page 5, item #15, it states DP approached the scammers and told them what they were doing was illegal. DP had to pay back the money / shares that he was paid for his services because they were illegally swindled by Mazzuto and Marguilies. The actual indictment starts on page 22 whereas John Mazzuto and James Margulies were charged with 57 counts of various criminal actions. DP was not mentioned in any of the Grand Jury indictments. The only thing DP was guilty of was getting paid for his services with shares that were acquired illegally by Mazzuto/Margulies and he gave those back. Innocent and never charged.
