Costello allowed plenty of misinformation to be spread and even fluffed up his own bio in an SEC filing only to be exposed which pissed him off enough he had his lawyer group send out cease and desist notices. He attempted to cover his tracks with some weak excuse in a shareholders letter on the website. Did he send a copy of that to the SEC.

It’s still a waiting game here to see exactly what he puts in the Shell and for what cost.
