The deal between LAHO and GSCG has not been closed yet. GSCG has nothing to do with the financials that are overdue. ZERO,ZILCH,NADA. The management of LAHO that operates this garbage ticker today is the same management group that have been involved in LAHO since at least 2016, three years ago.
Why would they do financials now when they couldn't do them before?
