Only 7 more business working days left for LAHO to come up with their promised SEC financial filings.
At this point in time its very doubtful they will meet their self imposed deadline for those SEC filings of 2 10KS and 5 10Qs.

Makes one wonder whats taking so long given the fact that the GSCG deal isnt even included in any of those delinquent financials.
