No, I think the CBD Mania is on track for October, when the USDA and FDA Regulations are slated to hit

If the CBD Mania starts in the fall, I do think it will spill over well into 2020 though

I changed the date from 2019 to 2020 because I added a new pick and also because I’m a forward looking guy, not because there’s been any change to the timing of the regulations being announced
