PSPW appears to have filed their last entity audited financials overseas as of 08/13/2019 that covered 3power shala sh.p.k out of Albania and the years 2017 and 2018. They did the same for the old entity shala energy sh.p.k which is done to my knowledge.

They spent about $1.2 million on the projects during that time and they even have similar language as related parties in these filings as they do in the sec filings. Falak Properties and Falak Holding group paid for 96% of the money and are considered related parties which in the filing defined it as management or company as a controlling entity. I still think they own majority of PSPW shares and when this officially comes out should move the stock.

Expect the SEC filings for 2017 and 2018 to be filed shortly in the coming weeks and months.

Please refer to the board PSPW. It looks like its not dead after all or they would not have filed these audited statements in Albania and in Ireland for the Shala Energy PLC entity.

I have no clue how long it will take but at least the SEC auditors can finalize their work now on the 2017 and 2018 SEC 10k audits.
