Whoa...Just noticed CLTY Last Filed an Annual Report in 2001?!....And Now they Just Filed 3 Annual Reports for years 17, 18 and 19 ( ON A FORM TITLED "APPLICATION FOR REINSTATEMENT" ) Also they paid $96k In Back Taxes etc......SOMETHING Big Is In The Works. You dont pay $96k in Back taxes and pay to have 3 Annual Reports Assembled All For Shits and Giggles.
