So on May 2nd PRED issued a PR stating that they have applied to NASDAQ for listing. In the SEC filed Form 10 amended on May 22nd though PRED said they don't qualify for the NASDAQ exchange. MASS CONFUSION FOR SURE!
Its no wonder why these OTC garbage tickers like PRED get cherry picked to death by all kinds.
