In fact, farm foreclosures were higher last year than any time in the last 20 years, even including the Great Recession.

Market got caught with their hands in the cookie jar once, couldn't get caught a second time.

IMO the same game is being played, just on a different field.

For sake of discussion how does an average economic expansion lead to an absurd wallstreet expansion organically?

If the economy drives the stock market...it's mathematically impossible.

SPY has gone up 150% since 2011. The economy must had have to increase at least this much if you were to believe the economy is to blame for the downturns, it must also be responsible for the upturns...no?

I always have trouble deciding where to spend my 18% a year raise.
