I'm not going to judge the man for having his home foreclosed. Many people in America were hit by the housing crisis.

There's a lot of wealthy businessmen today who went through hard times early in their lives. Almost all successful businessman have failed at something at some point, but they became successful because they never gave up. I think this CEO has now aligned himself with the right group of people to achieve success.

SNMN won't be a shell once the SEC approves the Reg A, and once all the audits are complete (which the CEO is working on right now). SNMN will become fully reporting soon.
