Chompiee & prof2- based on some shared dd not posted, KBL/Prodigy is much further along in Quang Nam than several posters here are projecting.
After 60+ days of silence since the last PR, the "worry beads" have come out but many longs who have been invested in KBLB are by now use to the delays. KT & JR use their "best guestimates" but not once have they "under promised and over delivered" on deadlines and advancements.
The consistency and quality of ss is not the issue. The issue is quantity which falls back on VN officials moving at "the speed of molasses" to allow KBL/Prodigy to move bulk production forward in VN.
It's reasonable to expect approvals and PR's within the next 60 days. We are closer than ever before to a major breakout PR - IMO.
