No slo...she is bound by the law and she is not above the law, as you suggest.

The law governs both criminal actions and civil disputes. I don't disagree with you that that know one enforcing criminal law will care to pursue her and I am not even suggesting she has done something criminal.

In the case of civil law, individuals (not the government) get to decide if they want to pursue violations of civil law. Although it is unusual, Lattuca has demonstrated a desire to purse QEDN civilly.

Lattuca has been successful in preventing QEDN or GEGI from issuing shares and he is currently seeking to dissolve both entities.

Kate and Ray like to sell shares for money and Lattuca has prevented them from doing that.
