Big companies outsource because they can afford it and have a team to hold the outsourcer accountable. Small companies usually start their company WITH the experts as founders. Outsourcing as little as possible. Titan currently has a Chief Commercial officer, VP of Marketing, & VP of Business Development. None of those people have anything to do. No engineers, no software developers (Yes Mac and Genova have engineering degrees but those aren't their strengths or duties at the company). All business people.
