Who is arguing about whether insiders is selling or not? Show me where I said insiders were selling, I didn't. I just stated a fact, the increase in the AS will allow for more continued bonuses... FACT!! I recall the OS being about 250m a few years back and now it's nearly doubled, just like Armen's free shares, went from 20m to over 40m...FACT!!
A RS will come, mark my word. If it doesn't then there will never be any up-listing. So take your pick, up-listing or no RS, can't have one without the other, especially for a 3 cent POS stock!
Read the PR from yesterday that will clear up the reason for the AO increase.
I don't see anywhere in the PR it stated anything about "AO", what's 'AO'?
The reason for the AS increase is to be able to increase the OS. Yes, that will come as a result on company spending and some of that spending will be in bonuses, mark this post!!
