Why did they say all of those things? It's called lying. Happens all of the time in the pinks. They take your money and leave you with a bag of air. They leave you the bag so you can cover your head in shame because you got duped.

As several others have correctly stated, it is 100% certainty that this company is going to be revoked. It is a hard lesson learned and one that happens to new investors who eagerly buy into press releases like PWDY had recently. That was a PR company hired to pump bogus claims and in turn they get paid in $$$$ or a lump of shares to dump at a high price.

Classic pump and dump. No hope to recover. If you were still holding PWDY this morning, you just lost it all.

This is a fact of life in the pinks. Do your DD and don't trust anything that promises unrealistic gains. Look at the disclosure statements. Finally, nobody is going to give away good information. If it looks too good to be true, generally it is.

The more you learn, the better prepared you will be to see the warnings signs.
