Only people that advertise buying stock to a certain price are making a move on a company. That isn't happening with ECSL. Buyers don't otherwise advertise buying to a certain price. Smells bad. More likely ECSL needs to sell some stock and since past PRs did nothing .... Stock needs to get moved up to do it. Funny buying during a week many are on vacation and volume typically lower. LOL. Clearly a few working in concert looking to draw in "help" to move the stock.

Took more than thought to get past .35. Bid support this morning is more than usual but doesn't show strength. If taking everything below a $1 .... What's the delay .... 50k+ plus available at .40 ???
