WE ALL KNOW GIFX DOES NOT PAY THEIR BILLS.

If they can't pay their bill to stay current as a Nevada Corporation, there probably other creditors waiting to be paid as well.

Because GIFX is in "Default" and has not been revoked, does not take away from the fact that GIFX either can not afford to pay the fees to Nevada or that they are a rather shoddy business enterprise.
