JMW does not however have jurisdiction over WMB assets or the now closed P&AA between the FDIC and JPM. She has no say regarding the ongoing WMB Receivership.

The P&AA covered the sale of WMB's assets to JPM and the bankruptcy court never held a hearing nor had the authority to make a ruling on such.
