This is what high volume stocks do. Then eventually the dilution monster takes over again. High volume between the d-slams is what keeps a stock going so they can continue to get loans, issue stock, reverse split, do it again. This has a high OS already so I would imagine within the next couple of years an RS will happen....it's all eventual. IMO.
