Yes they can companies do it everyday in OTC stocks and many get left with shock and awe. Some companies require a vote from their board member but that would not be the case here. However I do not think that will happen here but I have owned stocks that filings hit and suddenly our SS was up huge. No fun! I don't think they raised the AS I think it was a double print on the NVSOS. I am very angry they filed in Nevada. I hope they doo the rest as planned then everything will be OK. Because we have been waiting weeks for filings and tonight we still have nothing to read no one here knows anything. Some talk to the CEO regularly. I have also heard Gary has different stories so who knows. No one should be talking if there is going to be a merger IMO. Sorry if I sound frustrated but it has been a super long day for me. I was gone all day. Got to my laptop a few times to try to catch up and was 500 posts to 300 posts behind each time. Just got home after dinner and finally am caught up. Bottom line we need filings ASAP. I am not worried about my shares I was in since July cheap so if I do not like something ahead I can sell and still make a profit. However we have lost some good longs who were great daily DD posters because someone is talking too much (Gary) to people who call and information is being spread some false and some accurate. We need to hear from the company now. I hope we get something tomorrow. The 10Q will not state much it is for the last earnings report and getting current so it will not even haven have todays SS numbers although TA does have those. Sorry for the frustration I am tired and we have yet to go out for drinks next. I will catch up later and tomorrow.
