GRN Funds, LLC purchased 139 million shares in Discovery Gold Corporation, then the name was changed to GRN Holding Corporation which is a entirely different company and different EIN than GRN Funds, LLC. Furthermore GRN Funds, LLC is not required to file with the SEC as it is not a broker/dealer. They are a private equity ane venture capital company. They are current on all their required State Secretary of State filings.
