Is this on the basis that shareholders can get some reasonable selling opportunities from the Vinmar contracts or is it the belief that KKR/LCY/VISOLIS will reimburse Bioamber shareholders through some sort of payout / buyout, cap increase? I’ve been around BIOAQ a long time and I’ve only come to lose hope that shareholders are secured in this trade.
