Nothing golden here in any of this... rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, whistling past the graveyard, kicking the can down the road... these shopworn cliches mean nothing because there is simply no money available or will be available to pay off any of these, ah, obligations.
Interesting how a mini run gets going for one day... could give certain folks a chance to short so that they won't lose money on the app $400K ponied up.. a normally employed tactic.
And see how the notes of Jan 2019 were converted to shares at $1.29/share? Basically the only currency here is shares... as long as they can realize some value from their sale, they get a modicum of coverage because frankly, in view of their rapidly dwindling cash position with no prospects for improvement on the horizon, which they freely admit, any termination or retention payments are on hold virtually in perpetuity, which wouldn't be a long time as bankruptcy looms... we'll see how a court may rank general creditors vs insiders in distributing cash, if any left, from the selloff of assets.
