Lol. What dilution? They have plenty of working capital. What’s really going on is that hedgies/mm’s shorted and are stealing shares to take advantage of the delay and uncertainty. There is no uncertainty. It will be approved. Be careful with your short. Sometimes the DOJ approves before the predicted timeline.
