Where is all this DD that everyone is talking about. The only DD savory, intelligent investors should be reviewing are only two filings, the 8K and 10K.

In a nutshell, those filings disclose that someone by the name of Costello purchase 56% of a Shell, in a "PRIVATE" transaction for $300K.

EVERYTHING else is wild speculation! Again, a fair market cap for this SHELL at this moment of time is a PPS of 5 cents or $12M and that's more than generous!

The "STREET" will catch up soon and implement a massive PPS correction!
