Why? TLT trades on the lowest regulated markets, the TSXV Canada and the OTC in the US. (TLTFF)

It is a penny stock and has no institutional ownership. Therefore it is a shorters paradise. Scare the crap out of individual holders and watch them panic and sell.

Fantastic biotech but questionable financial direction.

Could have up to 250 million shares outstanding if financing is fully alloted.

Problem with that is still need to achieve a Nasdaq listing before institutional buys.

Need a $4 share price and millions in the bank.

How does a company achieve a $Billion MarketCap on the OTC?
