you know ,grants are basically the same type of aid, money given to the student that does not have to be repaid. this is there second focus to entry of college choice, the parents headace is helped out

As you my know cgpa helps find these for the parents , they speal of the 1800, spent but 7 or 8k grants can make the years cost 2-3 k for the ones they help. They also help the students on entry
