I think this has been in the works for a long time. The board members that departed probably did so to avoid conflicts and keep the arms length intact. There were just too many interconnections for it to be any thing else. I have been thinking of buying a little GGB for a while, and while highly diluted, and some concern if their mall concept will fly or crash and burn, I bought a little. I am staying with Liberty but would sure like to see some guidance about their future intentions and see a CEO! I am still a little worried about a sale at the current low prices which would burn almost all of the LHS investors.
