For nothing? He (being Justin) owns over 50% of the company, he can keep over 50% without having to give up shares to raise money.

Going public by by a pink is cheaper than IPOing, he is looking to uplist the stock.

Just because it hasn't been done recently doesn't make it a bad idea.

Oh and Berkshire Hathaway started as a pink sheet. Not saying its the same thing but it has been done.
