.. which is all the more damning in that NOTHING else is holding this stock down except the incompetent, inept MANAGEMENT of Joshua B. Alper!!!

With no toxic/ convertible notes there's no forced authorizing and issuing of new shares to pay those death spiral obligations. And with under 500m shares left to issue in the current 5.b A/S even that amount of dilution wouldn't be ruinous.

The only reason this stock has laid there like a lox for years is Josh "Thumbuphisass" Alper.
