AZ, I understand what you are saying with regards to "bankruptcy remote" separation of the returning assets...However, I still think there would be legal liability for WMIH BOD for allowing WMIH-COOP merger to happen before the return of the orginal estate assets to WMIH and thereby diluting the old shareholders. They will have to prove that all of the WMIH BOD members had zero knowledge of bankruptcy remote assets -- which we know is not true because at the least Mike Willingham has seen whats behind the curtain during POR 7 negotiations.
