What Problem? Steve has admitted that QMC has had false starts. India is in the middle stages of fulfilling their expectations for their Licensing & Development Agreement ordering 2 Reactors with end product in approx 6 months. Training and revenue are starting to take place. Other Avenues Exist for QD's which now include Blockchain. No hype just facts.
